Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen store within 2-7 days. We will contact you to confirm collection.

Reserve Online

If you have chosen an item to reserve online, we will confirm your reservation by email. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen store within 2-7 days. We will contact you to confirm collection. You will pay for your item upon collection. Your item will be held for you instore for 7 days.

Our Price Match Promise

We always aim to offer competitive prices, however if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will match that price in-store.

The product must be in stock on the competitor’s website, be brand new, exactly the same model, specification, size and colour, and if it is a bike, must be delivered in a fully built, ready to ride condition. The competitor’s price is calculated including any delivery charges. Please note our price match does not apply to marketplace or auction sites.

To claim your price match, please bring in evidence of this lower price. Our staff will visit the website to check it meets the conditions above, and we will be happy to match that price. We will even honour this up to 7 days after your purchase.

To price match an online purchase, please email a link to the cheaper price to: sales@moorescycles.co.uk before making your purchase. We will then contact you to confirm the price match.

Finance payment is a simple way to spread the cost of any purchase over £300. There is NO DEPOSIT required and you can spread payments up to 36 months at 0% APR. Alternatively you can choose the 9.9% APR finance option which gives you longer payment terms on a lower spend. Finance is available both online and in our stores.

How Do I Get Finance?

It’s so simple. Buying in-store, we will make the application for you. Buying online, click on the V12 Finance option when you checkout. This will display monthly payments and terms available.
