It's essential to keep your bike well maintained. A well serviced bike will not only ride
better but also extends the operating life of key components such as gears and brakes. |
 |
|
We offer all types of cycle servicing and repairs. We operate a simple menu-pricing system and will always give you a clear price before doing any work. From the smallest puncture to a complete re-build, your bike is in safe hands.
Our mechanical staff are trained to the highest standards within the cycle industry, most receiving formal external recognition through CyTech qualification.
We service all bikes, whether purchased from Moore's Cycles or elsewhere. We also offer a bike assembly and safety check service for bikes purchased elsewhere and delivered boxed. We also service children's bikes ahead of Cycling Proficiency tests.

We provide a free first service on all our bikes, which we recommend around 6 weeks after purchase. After this initial service, we recommend that bikes are serviced every 6-12 months depending on mileage. Commuter bikes used daily should be serviced every 6 months, and bikes used more occasionally should normally be serviced every 12 months.
Our Twickenham workshop can get very busy and therefore operates an advance-booking system at peak times. Please call the store on 020 8744 0175 to check the workshop schedule and arrange a booking.
Our Isleworth workshop is much larger and therefore you don't normally need to book in advance, just turn up with your bike. We aim for a same-day or next-day turnaround.
Of course, you can still pre-book your bike into the workshop to guarantee return by a specified time. Please call the store on 020 8560 7131 to arrange a booking. |
